I have an older Fusion version, such as (8.x, 10.x) and Parallels Desktop. Am I eligible to purchase an upgrade to Fusion 11.x?
The upgrade option for VMware Fusion 11 Pro is available for customers who own earlier versions of Fusion (8.x, 10.x) or Parallels Desktop (version 12, 13 or 14). You can purchase a license upgrade from the Blitzhandel24 Online Store.
Where can I download VMware Fusion 11.x?
To download VMware Fusion, click the download link that will be sent to you after ordering.
Can I install Fusion 11.x on more than one Mac?
Personal users require only one license to install on all Macs, but business or educational institutions require one license per Mac.
Licensing FAQ
Where is the license key that I've just purchased?
The license key is sent via an email after your purchase. Look for your Order Confirmation email and be sure to check your junk or spam folder.
Note: If your license key is not available in your order confirmation email, your order might still be processing. Wait for the follow-up email to confirm your license key. This email is usually sent within 24 hours from the time of purchase. The follow-up email contains a link to access your license key.
Where and how do I license my VMware Fusion 11.x product that I’ve just purchased?
To license your VMware Fusion 11.x software or change your license type from evaluation to purchased:
- Open Fusion.
- Navigate to the VMware Fusion menu at the top left corner of your screen.
- Click Enter License/Get License.
Who is eligible for a free upgrade to Fusion 11.5, Fusion Pro 11.5?
Customers who currently own licenses for Fusion 11, Fusion Pro 11 are entitled to download the .5 update.
Is VMware extending complimentary support for existing customers who download the .5 update?
No, Complimentary Support begins from point of purchase.
Will there be phone support available for customers using .5 update?
Phone Support is not included in product purchasing. Customers are not entitled to phone support.
What are the different ways that a customer may install the latest version once released?
Customers will only have the option by going to the My VMware portal, downloading the product, and installing it manually.
There won’t be in-app pop-up update available.
Will customers need a new License Key for Fusion 11.5 or Fusion Pro 11.5?
No, the License Key from Fusion 11 will work on all Versions of Fusion 11.x (11 and 11.5) and the License Key from Fusion Pro 11 will work on all Versions of Fusion Pro 11.x (11 and 11.5)

What is the Technology Guarantee Program?
VMware provides a complimentary copy of VMware Fusion 11.x if you have purchased a copy of Fusion 10 from the VMware Store or a VMware Reseller between Aug 20, 2018 and September 25, 2018.
I have a Support and Subscription contract for my license of VMware Fusion 10.x. How do I get my free upgrade?
If you have an active Support contract, you are eligible to upgrade to Fusion 11.x.
After receiving your new license keys, you can download the VMware Fusion 11.x software from the Fusion Download page.
How do I continue using my product after receiving the new free upgraded license keys?
After receiving the new license keys, ensure that you have installed the correct version of the product because Fusion 11 licenses are not supported on Fusion 10.
How can I downgrade a Fusion 11 license key?
Fusion 11 can be downgraded.
The downgrade mapping for Fusion is now active in My VMware. The new mappings are:
- Fusion 11 to Fusion 10
- Fusion 11 Pro to Fusion 10 Pro
Fusion 10 and then to Fusion 8
Fusion 8 and then to Fusion 7
Fusion 7 and then to Fusion 6
Fusion 6 and then to Fusion 5
Note: It is not recommended to downgrade to older versions since these have reached End of Support as per the Product Lifecycle Matrix.
Refunds
I do not have a supported operating system. Can I get a refund?
There are no refunds for VMware Fusion purchases. We offer a 30-day trial of the software to evaluate the program and verify all functionality.
I accidentally placed an order twice. Can I get a refund?
If you accidentally placed an order twice, VMware can provide a refund.
Support/Support Options
What kind of support will I get when I purchase VMware Fusion 11.x?
Blitzhandel24 has an email support from the day your VMware Fusion 11 order is completed.
Customers those who have purchased 10 or more licenses of VMware Fusion 11.x Pro can buy Basic or Production Support at the time of license purchases.
Customers may also purchase Per Incident support.
Do I get telephone support for installation?
Telephone support is provided to customers using Fusion 11 Pro and who have purchased Basic or Production Support with the product.
I have upgraded or installed VMware Fusion 11.x. Where can I find my previous virtual machine?
Your virtual machines are not affected by the installation of VMware Fusion 11.x. By default, virtual machines are saved at/Documents/Virtual Machine/ within your home folder in Mac.
The license key for Fusion 11/ Fusion 11 Pro follows the five-step downgrade path meaning it can be downgraded to
Fusion 10 and then to Fusion 8
Fusion 8 and then to Fusion 7
Fusion 7 and then to Fusion 6
Fusion 6 and then to Fusion 5
Note: It is not recommended to downgrade to older versions since these have reached End of Support as per the Product Lifecycle Matrix.
