As soon as you have placed an order with us, you will receive all further information from us by email.
After your order, you will receive the invoice and an order confirmation in which the download links for the software are stored so that you can download the program directly after your purchase.
You will receive the product key in a separate email; the download links are also stored in this email.

Have you ordered software for a fee and have not yet received the activation code?
Then follow these steps:
Your order will be processed within one working day. You will receive ESD products by email immediately after purchase. When buying in advance, the order will be processed after receipt of payment.
1. Customer account
If you have a customer account, look under "My Account"> "My Serial Numbers" to see whether your activation code is displayed below.
Click on "My Account"
Select "My Serial Number (s)"
Your product key should be displayed in the marked field.
2. Spam folder
Check your mail thoroughly. It is quite possible that the mails end up in your spam folder.
3. Support
Request directly via live chat or email
Go to "Support" at the bottom left of the homepage.
