As soon as you click on "Start", our trained staff will send you a request for remote maintenance.
You have to allow this and you can start.
You will receive the following overview at the bottom right of the screen if the connection has been successfully established. You will still have the option to access your keyboard and mouse. We do not advise you to do this during remote maintenance, as this will block our trained staff from accessing your mouse pointer.
