If you are offline or your PC/MAC does not have an internet connection, the Offline Activation Assistant will prompt you to either proceed with offline activation or wait until the internet connection is restored (see Figure 1).

If you select "Not Now," the application will terminate. If you click "Yes, Proceed," the Offline Activation Dialog will appear (see Figure 2).

Once you have filled in the required details, the previously grayed-out "Continue" button will become active. Click "Continue" to proceed to the next dialog (see Figure 3).

To proceed with offline activation, you must contact customer service using the methods provided on the screen above.
If you call, the customer service representative will ask you to provide the installation code mentioned in the dialog (see Figure 3). The representative will then provide you with a confirmation code, which you can use to activate your license on your device. If you contact us via email, you will receive an email with your confirmation code.
If you are upgrading from an earlier version, the customer service representative may ask for the old registration number that came with your existing installation.
