Refund for hardware
Please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be received and processed at our logistics centre.
Please note, especially in the case of complaints, that the detailed inspection of the items takes a little more time.
After the return has been processed, the corresponding amount will be refunded to the payment method that was used when the order was placed.
If you have not received a refund 14 days after your returned item was shipped, please send a request to email@example.com .
Refund for software
The amount will be refunded within 1-4 days according to your chosen payment method.
In some cases, it may take up to 5 working days for the money to be credited to your account.

What happens in the event of a cancellation?
If you have received a cancellation confirmation, we will refund the amount immediately.
Here's how the purchase amount is credited, depending on the payment method:
In the event of a return, the invoice amount is reduced by the returned items - you only pay for the items you have kept.
You have already paid by bank transfer? Then we will credit the amount to your bank account. It can take up to 5 working days before the credit appears in your account.
The credit will be credited back to the credit card account we have debited. You can see the chargeback on your next credit card statement. It may happen that the date of the chargeback on it coincides with the date of payment.
You will receive the credit to the bank account from which you transferred. It can take up to 5 working days before the credit note appears on your account.
SEPA direct debit:
You will receive the credit note to the bank account from which the purchase amount was collected. It can take up to 5 working days before the credit is seen on your account.
The credit will be issued to the PayPal account you use. You can decide yourself at PayPal whether the amount is deposited in your PayPal account or credited back to your bank account.
