Offline Activation for CAD (Architect, TurboCAD, ViaCAD, PunchCAD)

Error Message

1) The server could not recognize the registration data. Please contact support.

Solution Steps

1. Turn off the Internet

Please disconnect your internet connection and open the downloaded program. The following display will appear (Figure 1).

2. Proceed with Offline Activation

If you select "Not now," the application will close. If you click "Yes, continue," the offline activation dialog will appear (Figure 2).

3. Offline Activation Dialog

Once you have filled in the required details, the previously grayed-out "Continue" button will be activated. Click "Continue" to proceed to the next dialog (Figure 3).

4. Offline Activation Portal

To continue with offline activation, use the following link to generate the confirmation code, which you will then enter in Figure 3.

In Figure 4, enter the email address you previously provided in the first form.

The "License Key" is the product key you received from us.

Take the installation code from Figure 3.

Once you click "Generate Confirmation Code," the confirmation code will appear, which you can then enter. Done.

The software will now function normally. Please reconnect to the internet.
