Withdrawal for digital goods

Digital goods and virtual goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as they are not suitable for return due to their nature. This is regulated in the GDPR (GDPR).

A return and the corresponding reimbursement of the value of the goods cannot be granted after a virtual or digital good has been brokered, as the goods are already considered unsealed and thus make them unsuitable for return.

Excerpt from the withdrawal form:

"By law you have a 14-day right of cancellation. Please note the details and exceptions to this in our terms and conditions. I expressly agree that the execution of the contract will begin before the cancellation period has expired. I have taken note of the fact that with the beginning the execution my right of withdrawal expires. "

We only give a goodwill refund in exceptional cases.
