Activate an Avast Premium Security subscription

Entering the activation code

To activate Avast Premium Security with an activation code:

1. Have your activation code ready. You will find the code in your order confirmation email. For detailed instructions, see the following article:
2. Open Avast Premium Security and go to ☰ Menu ▸ Enter activation code.
   
3. Enter your activation code (with dashes) in the text box and click Enter.
   
   
4. If more than one product is associated with your activation code, make sure the desired products are selected and then click Activate and Install.
   
   The selected products will be installed and activated automatically.
   
   

Your subscription to Avast Premium Security is now activated. If activation fails, see the You need further assistance? section in this article.

The expiry date of your subscription is displayed in ☰ Menu ▸ My subscriptions or in your Avast account. You can activate your subscription for the number of devices you specified at the time of purchase.
