Your Ashampoo programme cannot be activated

  1. If you have entered the licence key manually, please first check your entry for errors (too many spaces, hyphen forgotten, letter O like Otto instead of the number 0 and vice versa, etc.). We recommend copying the licence key to the Windows clipboard and then entering it in the relevant text field via "Paste" from the context menu to avoid typing errors. Please make sure that the licence key you use belongs to the product to be activated.
  2. If you receive an error message during the activation process, please make sure that Internet access is not blocked by any security applications installed on your system (virus scanner, firewall) and adjust the settings for these if necessary.
  3. If you receive a detailed error message with a check number during the activation attempt, please send this together with the licence key you are using by e-mail to our support staff at shop@blitzhandel24.de.
