You can register your copy of ABBYY FineReader as follows:

By providing your contact information when activating your copy of the product.
If you do not activate ABBYY FineReader during the activation process, it can be registered later at any time,
By clicking Help > Register... and entering your contact information in the product registration dialog box.
By completing the registration process on the ABBYY web site.

ABBYY Screenshot Reader, an easy-to-use application for taking screenshots and recognising screen text.
The ability to recover your serial number if it is lost (e.g. when reinstalling your operating system).
