Why haven't I received an invoice yet?
You will receive your invoice separately after receipt of the goods at the e-mail address you have entered. Alternatively, you can access the invoice in your customer account.
If you have not received an invoice one week after delivery, please check your spam folder.
If you do not find it there either, please select the order in question in the following process and submit an enquiry.
What do I do if I have received an incorrect invoice?
If you have received an incorrect invoice, please provide a brief description of the error and the invoice and order number. We will then take care of your concern as quickly as possible.
