How can I request a quote?

There are various ways to request a quote, depending on the company and industry. Here are the general steps you can follow:

  1. To request a quote, you must first register or log in to the shop.

  2. Once you have successfully logged in and selected the product you want, you can request a quote by clicking the relevant button on the shopping basket page.Screenshot 2026-06-01 122747.png
     

  3. Once you click on "Request a quote", you will need to agree to the privacy policy. You will also have the option to leave a note in the field provided. You can then click on "Request a quote".

     
  4. Your enquiry is currently being processed, and you will receive a quote within 24 hours, sent to the email address you provided.

  5. Once your quote has been processed, it will be sent to the email address you have provided. You can also view and accept the quote via your customer account. 
    1. To do this, click on "My Account"

    2. Select the "Quotes" section

    3. If you wish, you can accept the quote by clicking the "Accept quote" button
